How to make a return ?

Step 1 : Make sure you comply with the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return it to us
  • The item must be intact and in its original packaging

Step 3:  Send us the items you wish to return to the address provided. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Stage 4:  Upon receipt of the items, they will be inspected and following your request we:

  • We will refund your items: you will receive an email to confirm the refund of the order. The refund may be partial or refused depending on the condition of the returned product, in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
  • We will exchange your items: The items will be exchanged with those indicated on your return form, you will receive an email confirming the exchange as well as a new order number.
